Location:
- Bangalore
On-site work for 5 days a week
Experience Required:
- 4+ years of relevant experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in BFSI industry working with retail banking products like Funds transfer, Loans, UPI, cards, FDs, bill payments, etc.
- Proficient in Web Service testing using Postman.
- Experience in Manual Testing, API Testing (Postman/JMeter), and Automation Testing with Selenium using Java or similar tools
- Ability to analyze business requirements and develop diverse test scenarios and cases. Familiar with SDLC and STLC.
- Proficient in Bug life cycle management.
- Collaborate effectively within a team for quality assurance purposes.
- Hands-on experience in Agile Methodology.
- Well-versed in various testing methodologies like Functional, integration, & regression testing
- Skilled in writing test cases using different techniques and executing them.
- Understanding of Test plan & Test strategies.
- Basic knowledge of database testing and SQL. Experience with JIRA, CRM, and strong communication skills.
- Able to troubleshoot QA team issues and provide solutions or liaise with other teams for resolutions.
- Team player mindset, capable of mentoring junior colleagues and offering guidance on daily tasks.
- Efficient collaboration with QA Lead and executive management on testing and product aspects.
