We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable PingFederate Trainer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences, including administrators, developers, and endusers.
Provide expert guidance and support to trainees during and after training sessions, addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and troubleshooting issues.
Stay updated on the latest PingFederate features, updates, and industry trends to continuously enhance training programs.
Collect feedback from trainees to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience working with PingFederate, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools and platforms, such as PowerPoint, elearning software, and virtual labs.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with trainees and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
Certification in PingFederate or related technologies (e.g., Ping Identity Certified Administrator) is a plus.
