Bachelor's (preferred)

Team Leader: 1 year (preferred)

English/ Hindi (preferred)

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, and motivated
Team Leader to join our team As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, overseeing, leading, managing, rewarding and motivating company's teams.

Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, communication skills.
Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Roles and Responsibilities
Working to build knowledgeable, efficient teams requires outstanding leadership. Team leaders must be excellent communicators who can clearly direct others while maintaining their morale.

Required :
Bike /scooty, Android phone, Driving licence, Rc.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
