Description

Position Overview:
As an Ops Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our selling company's

efforts to expand its online presence across various ecommerce platforms. Your primary

responsibilities will include managing product listings, optimizing content, analyzing

performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and enhance

the customer shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management:
Create and update product listings on multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and

appealing product descriptions, images, and prices.

Maintain consistency in product data and branding across different online marketplaces.


Content Optimization:
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility, search rankings, and

conversion rates.

Ensure that product content complies with platform-specific guidelines and best practices.


Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and available for

purchase.

Coordinate with the supply chain team to replenish stock as needed.


Pricing Strategy:
Assist in pricing strategies by conducting competitive research and market analysis.

Adjust prices to remain competitive and maximize profitability.


Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback on ecommerce platforms promptly and

professionally.

Work to resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.


Performance Analysis:
Collect and analyze data on product performance, sales, and customer behavior.

Use insights to make data-driven decisions to improve sales and ROI.


Promotions and Campaigns:
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and special offers.

Collaborate with marketing teams to boost visibility and sales.


Compliance and Policies:
Stay informed about platform policies, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.

Implement changes as needed to meet evolving requirements.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams to achieve common

goals.

Communicate effectively and share insights and recommendations.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in ecommerce, online retail, or digital marketing.

Familiarity with various ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.

Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement best practices.


Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
