Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for a range of print and digital materials, including product packaging, marketing collaterals, website and social media graphics, and advertising materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all designs align with the brand's style and promote the brand's regional lifestyle identity.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and customer needs, and incorporate these insights into design concepts.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ensure all designs meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a high level of quality control across all projects, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a premium clothing, accessories, or lifestyle brand.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and materials.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • A passion for design and a keen interest in fashion and regional lifestyle trends.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Salary:
₹2.50 - ₹3.50 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
