Description
1) Maintain a tracker for new enquiries, ongoing projects and potential customers.

2) Maintain Quotation Tracker and Maintain Customer contact master.

3) Handle customer complaints in coordination with the plant/technical team/QA team.

4) Follow up for overdue payments and ensure receipt of timely payments from customers.

5) Communicate with customers regarding rate negotiations and price increase.

6) Coordinate with the plant for customer order and dispatch requirements.

7) Arranging samples from and for Customers as per their requirement.

8) Periodic follow up with customers for customer feedback forms from the customers as per SOP.

9) Customer visit with sales team.


Salary:
₹15, ₹200,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
