The prime role of the Head of an Academic Department is to provide strong academic

leadership. The Head of Department is required to lead, manage and develop the department

to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities. To oversee

the design and development of the curriculum, and deliver a range of programmes of teaching

to students, in order to ensure teaching within the quality assurance framework of the

Institution. To lead the development and implementation of the Institution's research strategy

Salary:
₹150,000.00 per month
