Immediate requirement for Digital Marketing Executive

Experience - 0 to 2yrs

Package - 12k to 20k per month

Location - Peelamedu, Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to assess campaign effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and integrate innovative approaches into our strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Stay uptodate with changes in digital platforms, algorithms, and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize campaign performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with crossfunctional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.).
Experience with SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, and other digital marketing disciplines.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
