Working Hours: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST).

Please Note:
This is a US Shift Role (
Working Hours: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST).

A minimum of one year of US IT/non-IT recruitment is mandatory.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform a high number of cold calls (phone)
  • Cultivate and build relationships, manage multiple job requisitions, and deliver on a high volume basis.
  • Be flexible to stretch beyond working hours on an asneeded basis
