Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Executive to join our team.

As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our educational technology services.

Managing the onboarding process for students, instructors, and other users on the educational platform.

Coordinating with customer support teams to address user inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Overseeing the educational technology platforms, ensuring they function smoothly, and coordinating with the tech team for updates and improvements.

Working closely with marketing, sales, tech, and content development teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the education technology sector.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and process improvement.
