Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop short-form video content that aligns with the brand's message and target audience

Research trending topics and keywords on social media platforms to ensure the content is relevant and timely

Write scripts, create storyboards, and produce video content that meets the brand's standards

Film, direct, and edit video footage using professional cameras and editing software

Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and sound editors to enhance the overall production value of the video content

Manage and maintain the brand's social media presence by uploading and publishing video content on various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Analyze and track engagement metrics to understand the performance of the video content and make data-driven decisions to improve the brand's social media strategy

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices for short-form video content creation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Short Video Content Creator or similar role

A strong portfolio of previous video content creation projects

Proficiency in using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software

Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills

A deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in film, media, communications, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in short-form video content creation
