About the role:_
The Academic Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the educational goals of the institution by working closely with management, school leadership, teachers, administrative staff & students to ensure smooth curriculum delivery, student progress, and overall academic excellence.
Job responsibilities:_

Academic Support:
_
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and seminars for professional development.
- Conduct classroom observations and evaluations to offer constructive feedback.
- Oversee the tracking of student academic performance and provide timely feedback to teachers, students, and parents.
- Identify students who may require additional support or interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers and counselors to address student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and department heads to develop and update the curriculum.
- Ensure that curriculum materials align with educational standards and objectives.
- Monitor the implementation of curriculum plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Assess the effectiveness of academic programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrators to make recommendations for program improvements.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies, including standardized testing.
- Analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Use data to inform curriculum adjustments and instructional strategies.
Community Support:

- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic goals.
- Engage with the local community and relevant stakeholders to build positive relationships.
Business Support:
_
- Assist in budget planning and allocation of resources for academic programs.
- Ensure costeffective use of resources while maintaining educational quality.
Requirements & Skills:_
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience.
- Proven experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, or academic coordination.
- Strong computer proficiency is required.
- Strong knowledge of educational best practices and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use it for informed decisionmaking.
- Dedication to the mission and values of the educational institution.

Salary:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
