About the role:_


The Academic Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the educational goals of the institution by working closely with management, school leadership, teachers, administrative staff & students to ensure smooth curriculum delivery, student progress, and overall academic excellence.

Job responsibilities:_

Academic Support:
_

  • Provide guidance and resources to teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
  • Organize workshops, training sessions, and seminars for professional development.
  • Conduct classroom observations and evaluations to offer constructive feedback.
  • Oversee the tracking of student academic performance and provide timely feedback to teachers, students, and parents.
  • Identify students who may require additional support or interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and counselors to address student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and department heads to develop and update the curriculum.
  • Ensure that curriculum materials align with educational standards and objectives.
  • Monitor the implementation of curriculum plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Assess the effectiveness of academic programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrators to make recommendations for program improvements.
  • Develop and implement assessment strategies, including standardized testing.
  • Analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Use data to inform curriculum adjustments and instructional strategies.

Community Support:

  • Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic goals.
  • Engage with the local community and relevant stakeholders to build positive relationships.

  • Assist in budget planning and allocation of resources for academic programs.
  • Ensure costeffective use of resources while maintaining educational quality.

Requirements & Skills:_

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching experience.
  • Proven experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, or academic coordination.
  • Strong computer proficiency is required.
  • Strong knowledge of educational best practices and pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it for informed decisionmaking.
  • Dedication to the mission and values of the educational institution.

Salary:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
