Client Servicing - Gurgaon, India - BaffleSol Technologies
Description
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client.- Develop open and effective communication channels with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services.
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer to establish a strong business relationship.
- Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and providing overall guidance to client service employees
General
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required
- 3+ years' experience in customer service role
- 1+ years' experience in management position preferred
- Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
