Job Overview


As a Sales Executive at WDIPL, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for showcasing our range of IT solutions, understanding client needs, and providing tailored recommendations that align with their business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the designated territory or industry verticals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand the technical aspects of our solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent [Company Name] and network with potential clients.
  • Continuously stay updated about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in IT sales or related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into client benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented individual with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
