GTS Consultant - (Full time)

Who you are:


  • Proficient in business process understanding of EU and US customs (either one of themKnowledge and working experience of EU or US customs)
  • Functional experience of 10 years in SAP and 8+ years in SAP GTS
  • Well versed with the configuration involving EU and US imports/exports (either one of themKnowledge and working experience of EU or US customs)
  • Well versed in configuring special process like EMCS, IPR and OPR (Optional)
  • Proficient in Bonded Warehouse and US-FTZ (Can be on a different profile)
  • Strong understanding of the IDOCS and EDI setup and should be able to handle the connections with Seeburger
  • Understand the business process related to preference management (Can be on a different profile)
  • Well versed with the process understanding and configuration related to EU-FTA's (Can be on a different profile)
  • Conversant with the business process understanding relating to EU and/or US regulations
  • Strong integration knowledge with other modules like SD and MM
  • Should be able to independently design the solution based on the business requirements and deliver it with proper testing

Education/Professional experience

  • MBA/PGDBM in Sales and Marketing (International trade preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong decisionmaking abilities
  • Thorough integration knowledge of SD, MM and EWM modules
  • 4. Expert knowledge in Compliance, Customs and Risk Management
  • 5. Good knowledge in EDI and IDocs
  • 6. Good knowledge in ABAP development, RFC function modules, exits, debugging, etc.
