What You Will Do

Conceive, research, and execute complex designs with little formal direction leveraging a broad history of best practices from past roles.
Leading a team of two designers in Detroit, US
Developing the portal for further implementation into Harmans upcoming product portfolio
Author detailed interaction design specifications (logic, flow, behavior)
Create visual design systems (graphics, layouts, components) with reusable and responsive assets
Collaborate closely with external clients, product managers, software developers and other designers of multiple disciplines
Selfmotivated: Work resourcefully in a fastpaced environment with moderate creative guidance, effectively creating innovative design solutions in the presence of ambiguity
Brand steward: Ensure all consumer touchpoints are aligned with brand vision for all products and services
Design evangelist: Maintain a knowledge base of the latest design trends and implement best practices for usercentered design
Technologyaware: Continuously monitor advances in technology, seeking opportunities to enhance human experiences

What You Need

5+ years of experience designing complex digital interfaces in web, mobile and automotive head unit design landscapes
Compelling design portfolio showcasing creativity, aesthetics, breadth of projects and approach to solving complex design problems
Recognized as a creative expert and thought leader with a demonstrated mastery of collaborative, webbased tools for UI/UX design (i.e. Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong skill level with production tools and proprietary software (ie: Jira, Aha, MS Office, Outlook, Webex, Teams, etc)
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail with a relentless attitude towards quality

What is Nice to Have

Bachelor's or master's degree in Media/Digital Arts, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or equivalent training
Demonstrated customer/client relationship experience for a creative design agency
Designing for Android OS knowledge

What Makes You Eligible

Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic only OR domestic and international travel
Be willing to work in an office in Bangalore.
Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
