The opportunity

Supports the daytoday activities of the development and engineering team by coding, programming and capturing specifications for a defined project, using developing technical capabilities
Assists in the development and maintenance of a relevant solution or infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the relevant standards
Translates product requirements into technical requirements and system language
Identify improvements and innovations in development processes and methodologies.

Your key responsibilities

Assume responsibility for designing, developing, implementing and testing complete endtoend business processes with a strong focus on quality
Endtoend understanding of development processes.
Work on POC's to take appropriate design decisions.
Guide team development efforts towards successful product delivery.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

Skills and attributes for success

Strong programming background with good technical skills
Ability to transfer business requirement into a realizable technical requirement.
Knowledge in the following areas is beneficial: SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry.
Good understanding of Nodejs, docker, GIT, Gerrit.
Good communication skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred
B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT/NIT/any tier 1 Institute preferred
At least five years of relevant professional experience in IT architecture
Strong programming background of/Experience in UI technologies: UI5, Fiori, HTML5,JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, CSS
Experience in cloudbased development using BTP, Cloud Foundry, Docker, AWS or Azure
Understanding of OData, CDS views, any Database preferably HANA
Exposure to UX designing is a plus
Automated System Tests for CAP-Based Projects to CI/CD Pipeline
Good to have experience in consuming Remote Services from SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Add the Consumption of an External Service Using CAP
Sound and practical knowledge of SAP technology and SAP architecture, S/4HANA, Fiori
An experience in SAP CDS and SQL is a must.
Experience creating and configuring launchpad sites using BTP portal service / Launchpad Service/ work Zone Service
GIT HUB, GIT, DevOps, Nodejs, & Microservice Architecture.
Excellent level of expertise and handson experience with the SAP Business Technology Platform, regarding both the Extension Suite and Integration Suite
Understanding of the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
Capability and experience in driving BTPrelated topics (developments, guidelines, etc.) in a DevOps and/or agile environment
Very good knowledge of SAP Product Standards and make sure that the architectural design adheres to it.
Ensure excellent quality and maintain high standards in all processes listed in the relevant process map
Capable of conducting Code Reviews, Code Inspections and other quality relevant exercises
Knowledge of Cloud Development and Maintenance Processes
Experience in independently handling of projects
Knowledge in Release management or Software Production processes
