Job Summary

Admission Counselors are expected to promote the school, and assist parents and students in their decision making process to positively enroll with us.

Admissions Counselors are part of admission decision making process at school level and processing paper work. They also represent their schools at recruiting events and maintain healthy alumni networks.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Advice parents and students to choose our school and the best suitable course for them.
  • Advice parents on process & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements.
  • Converting admissions enquiries to confirmed admissions
  • Maintaining students & teachers database
  • Giving warm & courteous welcome to new students & clients ensuring a magnificent first impression

Decision Making Influencing, negotiation and Motivating Others Aptitude in Sales and Marketing Target achievement Performance & Quality Focus, Listening Good English Verbal Communication Emphasizing Excellence Results Driven Coordination Connecting with Students and Parents.


Required Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor/Master in any degree
Desirable:1 year experience in educational sales and marketing, Previous experience is mandatory.


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
