Job Title:
Showroom Sales Executive (Female only)


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, establishing a friendly and professional rapport.
  • Understand customer requirements and preferences, and provide them with detailed product information, pricing, and features.
  • Proactively engage with customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable products that meet their specifications.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the product's value proposition.
  • Assist customers in making purchase decisions by explaining payment options, warranties, and aftersales services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display that highlights product features and entices customer interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, contribute to team success, and meet individual sales goals.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively address customer queries and objections.
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare reports on showroom performance, including sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches to enhance knowledge and stay informed about new products and promotions.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Indepth knowledge of the products being sold, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Ability to demonstrate product usage and explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a customercentric approach and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close sales and overcome customer objections.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with sales software or CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the showroom's operating hours.

Salary:
Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
