  • Read, understand, and interpret Storyboards Experience in digital content production.
  • Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (e.g., courses, games, videos, quizzes, and etc.).
  • Support Global topics of Lifelong Learning, New Ways of Working, Belonging and Personal Growth as and when required.
  • Be proactive and suggest new learning materials.

We don't need superheroes, just super minds

  • Proficiency in presentation skills, verbal & written communication, storyboarding and editing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, or a related field. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • E-Learning creation tool, Good to have knowledge on Enable Now, Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe After Effect/Illustrator, Powtoon (multimedia, 3D modelling and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or Python will be an advantage)
  • Proven experience in eLearning content development and design. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field. Proactive approach in BAU tasks. Creative and Futuristic approach keeping the business needs in mind.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional design, multimedia or elearning/content develpoment
  • Ready to relocate to base location
