Description

Operation and delivery of Allied Worlds AWS infrastructure

Help engineering teams to use highly scalable, observable, and reliable infrastructure services as standard practices.

Foster an iterative, agile, and DevOpsb based culture that produces predictable and stable delivery of products and platforms.

Work closely with our Security and Audit teams to build solutions that are secure and in compliance.

Software engineering background familiar with different programming languages and able to assist our dev teams with any CI build issues.

Strong track record of implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments.

Experience with infrastructure as code tooling such as Terraform Terragrunt, CloudFormation and Serverless Framework

Experience with Gruntwork or Terragrunt a major plus

Experience managing platform operations including observability, alerting, and notifications.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking

Experience with a modern, git-based development workflow

Experience with Datadog a plus
