Job Purpose & Key Accountabilities

The MidCap segment is amongst the fastest growing segments in India and is a thrust area for the Bank. The job entails National co-ordination to fulfil the challenging aspirations of the Bank in this segment.

The job will provide a thorough overview of the MidCap segment of the Bank and the country, and the growth agenda and road-map to success.

It requires a go-getter who can work with National product and coverage teams.

Inter alia, this includes:

Close coordination with various product groups and Regional Heads of IBG to pursue the NTB growth agenda in MidCap.
Engagement with various industry groups and industry champions in India to ensure that we are aligned with industry with overall governance of the portfolio and outlook.
Work on various initiatives to grow the book e.g. product initiatives such as ARP, SPS, TfX and industry segmentation initiatives.
Assist National Coordinator MidCap India on various other governance and policy issues.

Required Experience

Ability to collaborate with senior coverage and product partners in India and the region.
Knowledge and experience of client journeys within IBG and the Bank.
Ability to provide balanced perspective between business expediency, portfolio management and risk & control
Ability to communicate effectively

Education / Preferred Qualifications

CA / MBA with 3-5 years of experience
