Attending the bi-weekly Clarity Compliance & Monitoring meeting (every other week)

  • Sharing updates/changes to process from these meetings with the team
  • Cleanup initiatives from the Clarity Support team (updating inactive managers, closing projects, etc.)
  • Answering questions from the team on process, standards, functionality of Clarity i.e. how to submit a Clarity Idea, how to add people to project, how to submit time, etc.
  • Assisting project managers with functions adding people to team, changing managers, assigning people to tasks, etc.
  • Submit Clarity ServiceNow tickets on behalf of Corporate Systems team members (Clarity Support wants the Clarity PMO Lead to submit tickets)
  • Timesheet compliance checks and reminders for Corp System resources (both contractor and employee)
  • Act as Clarity "Portfolio Lead" for the Corporate Systems group to convert submitted "Ideas" in Clarity to projects
