Job Description -

Travel to different locations in assigned territory and region and
conduct sales trainings/workshops (minimum 11 in a month) in regional languages/ English as per the requirement

Conducting trainings on Cosmetic & personal grooming products.
-
Conducting demo of the products to the distributors.

Will be handling billing as and when required.

Coordination with concerned sales team member for the meeting & training requirements and schedule plan accordingly

Required Skills/competencies for the role:

Behavioral Competencies:

Able to address huge crowds & must be presentable
Ensuring timely and quality delivery of above trainings
Direct Selling Experience is advantageous (but not necessary)

Technical/Functional Competencies:

Good knowledge of skin care & makeup and need to stay updated on the latest beauty trends
Course in Makeup (preferable)
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
Should be well versed with MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel)
Should be willing to travel 1015 days in a month

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
