We are seeking a Site Supervisor for an exciting project at Cochin Shipyard.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing various tasks related to the project. Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and smooth project flow.

Site Management:
Supervise the day-to-day activities at the construction site. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of workmanship, materials, and adherence to project specifications. Take necessary actions to rectify any deviations and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Resource Allocation:
Efficiently allocate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize wastage. Keep track of resource utilization and report any shortages or surpluses.

Safety Compliance:
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and practices. Conduct safety briefings and promote a safety-first culture among the site workers.

Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of daily progress, site activities, material usage, and any incidents. Assist in generating progress reports as required.

Problem Solving:
Identify and address challenges that may arise during the project execution. Collaborate with the project team to find effective solutions and keep the project on track.

Client Interaction:
Interact with clients and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly. Maintain a positive client relationship and aim for customer satisfaction.

Team Support:
Provide support and guidance to the site workforce. Encourage teamwork, motivation, and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Experience:
0-1 years of experience in the construction industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge:
Familiarity with construction processes, site management, and safety protocols is advantageous.

Communication Skills:
Good communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Adaptability:
Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle on-site issues and find practical solutions.

Leadership:
Exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide the site workforce.

Languages Known:
Malayalam & English

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary:
₹144, ₹180,000.00 per month
