What you'll do:


  • PO creation and timely PO acknowledgement from suppliers;
  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports as per business requirement / deliverables;
  • Managing the Open Order reports and liaising with suppliers for PO acknowledgement and confirmations;
  • Work with suppliers to find alternate parts to manage shortages
- suppliers;

  • Manage open POs through confirmations for deliveries, updating ERPs and managing orders till delivery
  • Meeting the SLAs as defined;
  • Creating and timely upgrading the SOPs and other related documents, meeting QMS requirements;
  • Day to day communication with various stakeholders like Site Buyers, SCM Manager, Suppliers with timely actions and resolutions, attending tier meeting.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Should be able to initiate and execute projects to achieve Cost Out/Saving, Productivity Targets.
  • Should have hands on experience on excel

Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge on SCM functions.
  • Working Knowledge of ERP
  • Oracle;
  • Sound knowledge of End to End P2P cycle,
