Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role located in Ahmedabad for an Operation Trainee at XcelTec. The Operation Intern will be responsible for performing essential operational tasks and providing support to different departments.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
Prior internship or work experience in an operations role is a plus
