Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to join our dynamic marketing team.

The Marketing Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution and Management:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign timelines, deliverables, and tracking mechanisms.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the timely and accurate execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Marketing Automation and Technology:

Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any issues related to marketing systems and processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and technology.

Research, Reporting and Analytics:

Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Assist in the development of customer personas and segmentation strategies based on market research findings.
Collect and analyse data from primary and secondary sources to support marketing decision

- making.

Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate market research findings into campaign planning and messaging.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to track marketing campaign performance, including key metrics, ROI, and conversion rates.
Analyse data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement materials.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as vendors, partners, and agencies, to ensure smooth execution of joint marketing initiatives.
Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
02 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role.
Proficiency in setting up marketing automations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive actionable insights from marketing data.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
