Hsc/Graduate with 1 to 3 year of experience.

CLAIMS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT ( IM ) - blended process (50% back office & 50% voice)

Fixed shift - 5:30pm to 2:30am and weekends off - Blended process b2b and b2c for credit cards, working on cases and files, where there is a dispute between the customer and the merchant in invoice amount or charges or to reverse an entry or wrongly charged.

EMM ( Electric Money Movement ) blended process (55% back office & 45% voice) Fixed shift 5.30pm & 9.30pm and any 2 work offs
- customer service process its about electronic fund transfer coordination, electronic money (e-money) is broadly defined as an electronic store of monetary value on a technical device that may be widely used for making payments to entities other than the e-money issuer. The device acts as a prepaid bearer instrument which does not necessarily involve bank accounts in transactions.

None of the processes involve sales. It's pure customer service and inbound.

Communication must be excellent 10/10.
Walking interview at the office

Salary:
