Job Summary:


Your Impact:


  • With the team, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of Windows/Mac systemrelated and other hardware, software, and network issues accurately and effectively.
  • Prepare, configure, and maintain user computer hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Assist users with technologyrelated questions and concerns.
  • Look after our inoffice IT equipment and perform routine maintenance.
  • Liaise with vendors like Dell and other vendors to resolve hardware issues of laptops and accessories.
  • Update and maintain IT inventory in our asset management system.
  • Provide support for meeting rooms, user biometric access and removal.
  • Document and track all support requests thoroughly, ensuring efficient followup and resolution
  • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Understanding of computer hardware and software for both the Windows and OSX operating systems
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN concepts.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problemsolving, with a systematic and analytical approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and endusers
  • Ability to multitask and handle frequent interruptions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Should be available during nonworking hours based on requirements or emergencies. Time in lieu will be granted.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Any certification for operating systems, hardware, or IT processes is a plus.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
