Duties:
- Recruiter for client company open positions
- Schedule interview
- Generate leads of prospects
- Negotiate salary part
- Assist in labour disputes in coordination with the legal department
- Replace resigned hire
- Cold calling for new business recruitment sign ups
- Follow up of payment terms
- Report daily on developments
- To source new business with the leads provided
- Draft offer letter/ appointment letter when needed
