Description
To answer calls, take messages and handle correspondence

  • To handle mailboxes, and coordinate with stakeholders
  • To arrange appointments, maintain schedules, and block meeting rooms as required
  • To organize and service meetings, prepare the agenda and take down minutes of the meeting
  • To prioritize workload appropriately
  • To file, prepare and collate various reports
  • To log and process bills or expenses, and make travel arrangement

Salary:
₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
