Interior Architect Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.

Portfolio of design work.

Project management experience.

Experience with technical drawing and design skills.

Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.

Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Sketch Up or similar design software.

Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.

Interior Architect Responsibilities:

Outline client design objectives along with handling project from Initial client briefing to the final stages of

Construction.

Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.

Set a timeline along with prepare the schedule for the completion of an Interior design project.

Research & Source materials and products included in plans. Work on layout, colour, lighting, materials

Selection, custom furniture and all installations.

Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

Should be flexible to work and to meet project needs

Project management - Keep effective communication with the clients, vendors, and team members for the

Successful completion of the project.

Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

Coordinate with site executives for the practicality and accessibility of the design.

Create working drawings for the execution of projects and communicate the same to the execution team.

Architect is responsible for managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals and

Supporting teams with detailed drawings like shop drawings, As-built drawings and 3D renders.

Meeting with sub-vendors, sub-contractors and vendors for samples, catalogues and seeking quotes from

The concerned stakeholders.

Issuing of detailed designs to project team in a specified timeframe along with monitoring of the on-site works

As per submitted GFC drawings to the team.

Other duties as assigned.

Proper mail communication to be done for the Submission of work progress, Weekly Photographic report

and Daily Progress report to be shared to HR and management team.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
