About the School

Jain Futuristic Academy is an International K 12 School in New Town Kolkata, offering the IGCSE & CBSE Curricula to students.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Shadow Teacher to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities-
-
Provide Individualized Support: Tailor teaching methods and strategies to meet the unique learning needs of the student. This may involve modifying lesson plans, materials, or activities to accommodate the student's abilities and preferences.

Facilitate Communication: Help the student communicate with teachers, peers, and other school staff. This may involve using alternative communication methods such as sign language, picture cards, or assistive technology.

Promote Independence: Encourage the student to develop self-help skills and independence in activities of daily living, such as organizing materials, following routines, and managing time.

Qualifications-

A bachelor's degree in education, special education, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with individuals with special needs, learning disabilities, or behavioral challenges.
Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the student's education.
Understanding of various learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and behavioral challenges.

Salary:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
