Responsibilities:

Conduct testing and analysis of food parameters using a range of laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
Ensure accuracy and precision of results by adhering to laboratory quality control procedures.
Prepare and maintain laboratory records, including documentation of all testing and analysis performed.
Communicate results effectively to team members and management.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Participate in method development and validation projects as required.
Ensure laboratory safety procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications:

BSc in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and instrumentation used in food testing and analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures and regulations.
