Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International voice process position located in Noida.

As an International voice process specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will communicate with customers from various countries and ensure their satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication skills.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
