Description
Job description:
- Experience in HVAC (Air conditioning system) industry.
- Maintaining records of customer service requests in the CRM system or logging complaints in Excel.
- Coordinating with field technicians or service teams to schedule appointments for repairs as per customer needs.
- Making and submitting repair quotes and AMC proposals/Contracts.
- Submitting supporting documents for preparing of Invoices to accounts dept.
- Knowledge of Parts claim in Carrier/Toshiba/ Hitachi system.
Salary:
₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
