    Description
    We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the design team in creating visually compelling graphics across various mediums.

    Your work will play a crucial role in helping us maintain a strong visual presence and achieve our marketing and communication goals.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the creation of graphics, layouts, and visual content for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, marketing materials, and advertisements.
    • Collaborate with the design team and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's branding guidelines.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts.
    • Revise and update existing designs based on feedback from senior designers and other stakeholders.
    • Prepare and optimize graphics for web and print use.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably through internships or freelance work.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
    • Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
