Role Summary:

We are looking for a Loan Officer with at least one year of experience, preferably with an EdTech organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring; that the loan process for all the students associated with Zell is smooth.

You will be closely working with the finance partners.


Primary responsibility:
Calling the confirmed lead for documentation. Ensuring the loan is closed as per TAT. Coordinating with the finance partners to ensure a smooth experience for students. Maintain & update account records. Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
