Executive

  • Receiving Raw Materials (RM), Finished goods (FG) from Suppliers/Vendors
  • Keeping Material in custody & record Keeping (Maintaining Stock)
  • Material issuing & movement (Internal/External)
  • To receive the incoming material and update the record in MIS
  • Maintaining the stock of the items as per the minimum stock defined in IMS
  • To plan the purchase of consumables and RM or any other item and follow
the defined procedure to procure the same.

  • Maintain adequate stock levels of consumables and RM 8. To update material bin card for issue and incoming entry
  • Generate Material Indent/Purchase request for material required
  • Monthly stock-taking of RM, FG and other stored items at the end of every
month

  • To make RGP Challan as and when required
  • Monitor material received for quantity and specification against RGP Challan
  • Ensure storage of parts as per FIFO and identification of all parts kept in store
  • Implement and sustain 5S in store and all related areas under stores
  • Identify and select suppliers for consumables and other purchases
  • Maintain all Store and Purchase related documentation as directed by
management.


  • To undertake any other duties as required and assigned by the management, from time to
time.
