User Experience DesignerJob description

We are looking for an experienced UX Research Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualising and forming product and website improvements and features. In addition, you will be evaluating the usability and success of all of our marketing touchpoints.

Duties and responsibilities

Manage and conduct user research and concept development:

-
Research buyer personas and investigate buyer behaviour:

-
Lead the users throughout the process of proposing, wireframing, and implementing UX improvements:

-
Work closely with UI/UX, Marketing and Product management teams to identify research topics:

-
Work with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing:

-
Participate in recruitment activities for user research:

-
Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods:

-
Able to create information architecture, user flows, Interaction design (low fidelity and medium fidelity wireframes), prototyping
:

-
Work with interaction design on mobile (iOS and android) and responsive designs.

Requirements and qualifications
-
Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience:

-
Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data:

-
In-depth understanding of UX design and work experience in UI preferred:

-
Experience with conducting user research and design:

-
Experience with qualitative and user-centred design methodologies:

-
Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioural analysis and statistics:

-
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills:

-
Team player:

-
Good time-management skills:

-
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Salary:

₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Whitefield, Bengaluru , Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
