Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Calling active and budding clients
  • Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
  • Noting important details of each conversation
  • Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to sales team for closing
  • Data management for all leads & sales

Qualification:

Any Graduate


Experience:
2 to 4 years


Tele-caller Requirements:


  • Prior experience as a telecaller is a must
  • Computer literate & good knowledge of excel data management
  • Fluent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati
  • Ability to switch your communication style on a whim
  • Superb interpersonal, research, and recordkeeping skills
  • Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it
