Ozatvn Tech Solution, a leading information technology and services company, is seeking a Punjabi Customer Service WFH representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in the Punjabi language.You will be working from home, so we are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and can manage their schedule effectively.

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our system.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers.
- Utilize problemsolving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide outstanding and professional customer service to all clients.
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent Punjabi and English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer service software.
