Roles & Responsibilities:

Writing high quality code, participating in code reviews, designing systems of varying complexity and scope, and creating high quality documents substantiating the architecture.
Engaging with clients, understanding their technical requirements, planning and liaising with other team members to develop technical design & approach to deliver endtoend solutions.
Responsible for team's growth.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

Proficiency in Java programming language and
Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java-based frameworks.
Expertise in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Nice-to-have skills Qualifications

Qualifications:

13-15 years of work experience in relevant field
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
