Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Hindi & Marathi.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Process recharges requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on our recharge options, promotions, and benefits.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns related to recharges promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and improve the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changes quickly.

Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
