- Proficiency in Hindi & Marathi.
- Strong command of English.
- Process recharges requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on our recharge options, promotions, and benefits.
- Resolve any issues or concerns related to recharges promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and improve the customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changes quickly.

Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
