- Should be able to deal with EPC companies
- Industry preferred PVC pipe.
We are looking for General Manager for Sales to define and implement long-term Category, Sales & Distribution strategy and Annual Sales Plan based on the overall company & Group's strategy.
- Raising Sales and Profitability of company.
- Ensure working with Cross Functional Teams to achieve the defined goals.
- Collection within the agreement timelines as per the defined buckets.
- Handling East India Sales, Marketing & Distribution for, GT Channel.
- Enhance Market Visibility through PR actives.
- Develop New Market and Customers month on month.
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Sales training and coaching on an ongoing basis to sales teams and channel partners.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending market opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Branding
- Adding new geographical locations
- Providing product training to all sales Executives and channel partners.
- Product based induction manual.
- Appointment of new channel products.
- Organizing dealers meet.
- Meeting the given sales target on monthly basis.
- Allocation of targets to the sales team and motivate team to achieve the same.
- To come up with promotional offers/ incentive based schemes as per the market trendsto increase the sales.
Pay:
Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
