Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Process incoming invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Verify invoice details, including prices, quantities, and payment terms, and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for invoice payments.
  • Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions in the accounting system.
  • Generate and distribute purchase orders to vendors based on requisitions from various departments.
  • Monitor the status of purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on invoice and purchase order status for management review.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Assist with other backoffice tasks, such as data entry, document filing, and administrative support, as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in invoicing, purchasing, or accounts payable/receivable roles.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Problemsolving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of financial documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Should be Committed & Ambitious

Eligibility

  • Graduate, MBA
  • Experience of 5 years or more in similar profile preferable
  • IT knowledge and experience in ERP shall be added advantage
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Should be based at Gurgaon

Salary

  • 25K 40K based on knowledge and experience
