Coding:
Coding the discharges patients to ICD - 10.
- Quantitative Analysis & Technical evaluation.
- Monthly Reports.
- Receiving the discharge case sheets on daily basis.
- Maintain birth and death registers including corporation death and birth dispatch register.
- As per statutory norms online birth and death registration has to be done.
- Timely sending the notifiable disease details to the government authorities.
- Taking the printouts on daily basis, discharges and deaths.
- Entry the inpatients diagnosis as per international classification of diseases codes in the computer.
- Filing the IP case sheets on daily basis.
- Taking the monthly statistics, department wise new registration, and department wiseadmissions.
- As per the consultant's request taking the print outs geographical wise state wise country wise doctor's wise, Disease wise and Operation wise.
- Maintaining the deficiencies found in the Medical Records and get it corrected.
- A monthly statistics is prepared in the regard.
- Helping the open and closed records review and preparation of statistics.
- Preparation of Quality monitor of the department.
- Preparing amendment letter's after verification by Senior Manager and send the letters to Corporation.
- As per the patient's request amend the data in the computer change of address, name correction, age correction, etc.
- Monitoring the safety measures at storage area.
- To perform any work as and when assigned by Superior
Pay:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
