A Commis - Bakery, affects every Guest experience through food production and food presentation at our restaurants, bars, through room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes.

What will I be doing?

As a Commis you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operations inside of our restaurants, bars, banquets facilities, in-hotel cafes, and to fulfil room service requests.

You will work with your Team Members to deliver a high quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:

A commis - Bakery is in charge of preparing baked goods for sale to customers.

Their duties include creating recipes, ordering ingredients and coordinating baking schedules to produce breads, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies and other goods.

Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.

Manage needed supplies and inventory levels. Direct and supervise the production staff's activities to make sure that products are up to standards.

Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.

Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.

Conduct research to develop original recipes for products
