Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Review and interpret rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other documentation to create accurate drawings.
  • Ensure drawings adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Make revisions to drawings as necessary based on feedback from engineers, designers, and clients.
  • Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with other drafters and team members to ensure consistency and accuracy across all drawings.
  • Stay updated on AutoCAD software updates, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:


  • Associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a minimum of [number] years of experience.
  • Strong technical drawing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, sketches, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
